Full refund

• You cancel more than 24 hours before your block starts.
• We remove your takeover for a reason that isn’t a breach of the content policy, for example our own mistake.
• Your block couldn’t be delivered. If a payment confirmation arrives after your hours were taken, we move your whole block to the next open run of the same length. If you don’t want that, you get a full refund.
• The site was down during your hour. If fewer than 50 of your 60 minutes were served, you choose a free replacement hour or a full refund for that hour.

No refund

• Cancelling less than 24 hours before your block starts.
• Disappointment with traffic, clicks or results. We publish real numbers for every hour but never promise them.
• Takeovers removed for breaking the content policy, including links changed to something else after approval.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. We never issue store credit, balances or gift codes. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

How to ask

Email ship@dumbstuff.lol with your receipt email and the hours you bought, or use the manage link we sent you. We reply within 2 business days.
